At Cosmic Dimensions, every piece is crafted with care, precision, and a whole lot of heart. Because our items are custom-made and often personalized, we handle returns a little differently than big-box stores — but always with fairness and integrity.

Custom & Engraved Items
Due to the personalized nature of custom and engraved products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom work unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our end.
That said, we stand behind the quality of our work 100%. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out — we’ll always do our best to make it right.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll gladly repair, replace, or refund your item as needed.
